Our history
Founded in 2017, OpenIT Solutions is an innovative company that develops automated means of selling fresh food products. In order to promote production quality and a reduced environmental footprint, All our connected refrigerators are assembled in Vendée, in partnership with suppliers based less than 75 km from our production site.

Every day at lunchtime, Melchior brings gustatory pleasure to several thousand employees. Committed, innovative, very demanding on the origin and quality of its products, Melchior is a reference player in the connected canteen. In partnership with OpenIT since 2017, Melchior's customers have not finished opening the door of our fridges!
Popote is 500,000 meals served and more than 50 clients in the Paris region with a corner offer led by a Popote Manager, connected fridges and Popote Events services to accompany companies for the realization of their corporate events (Afterwork, Buffet, Cocktails etc...)
