The advent of the PC has indeed revolutionized our lifestyle and it is difficult to think how we had managed without the computer before it was invented. However the success of the computer in our lives is dependent on various accessories amongst which the printer of the computer holds great importance. A printer is usually supplied by branded manufacturers, sometimes even as a part of the deal along with the computer. However the printers last only as long as the printing ink lasts. Usually when printer ink cartridges get exhausted, the printers are rendered useless unless one replaces them with a new one or get the printer ink cartridges refilled. There are three alternatives for a computer user to choose when it comes to an empty printer ink cartridge. The first of course would be to replace it with a new printer ink cartridge but this can be expensive if it is a branded version. The second option would be to go a for a remanufactured printer ink cartridge. The remanufactured ones would be recycled cartridges hence cost is quite reasonable. Finally is the option of buying new non-branded printer ink cartridges that are compatible to the printer being used.
